eggs, hard-boiled -- peeled

cup mayonnaise

teaspoon Old Bay Seafood seasoning

ounces lump crabmeat -- flaked
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Mash
yolks with
mayo and seasonings to blend thoroughly. Fold in crabmeat.
Spoon yolk mixture evenly between egg halves. Chill at
least one hour
before eating.
