Olive Roulades

Round steaks

onion -- minced

Tablespoons garlic -- minced

cup Moroccan Oil Cured Olives -- chopped

cans Campbell's Beef Consomme
3
Tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Tablespoons butter
Pound the round steaks thin. Mix together onions, garlic
and olives and
spoon 2T on top of each steak. Roll the steak tightly and
fasten with a
skewer.
Melt butter over medium-high heat. Brown the roulades on
all sides. Pour
in consomme and vinegar.
Reduce heat to a low simmer. Cook the roulades, turning
once, for 60-90
minutes or until very tender. Serve hot.
