Olive Roulades

  4                     Round steaks
  1                     onion -- minced
  4        Tablespoons  garlic -- minced
     2/3           cup  Moroccan Oil Cured Olives -- chopped
  3               cans  Campbell's Beef Consomme
  3        Tablespoons  balsamic vinegar
  2        Tablespoons  butter

Pound the round steaks thin.  Mix together onions, garlic and olives and
spoon 2T on top of each steak.  Roll the steak tightly and fasten with a
skewer.

Melt butter over medium-high heat.  Brown the roulades on all sides.  Pour
in consomme and vinegar.

Reduce heat to a low simmer.  Cook the roulades, turning once, for 60-90
minutes or until very tender.  Serve hot.
