Anne's Cheese Puffs

  2                     egg whites
  1                cup  grated parmesan cheese

Heat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees.

Beat egg whites until they just hold a stiff peak.  Gently fold in parmesan
cheese to distribute evenly.  Form level teaspoons of batter into balls.

Fry balls a few at a time until crisp and golden.  Drain on paper towels.
