Anne's Shrimp Scampi

  2             pounds  raw shrimp -- peeled and deveined
  4        tablespoons  butter
  1         tablespoon  garlic -- minced
     1/2           cup  Pino griggio
  2        tablespoons  lemon juice
  4          teaspoons  parsley -- chopped
     1/2      teaspoon  Garli Garni, optional

Melt butter in skillet.  Sautee garlic over medium heat until golden.  Add
wine and lemon juice and cook, stirring, for3 minutes.

Add shrimp and saute, stirring constantly, until shrimp are just cooked
through.  Sprinkle parsley and Garli Garni, if desired, over
shrimp and toss to distribute.
