Mix all ingredients.  Add seasonings of choice.

228mg Sodium.  Exchanges: 1/2 Grain(Starch); 1 Lean Meat; 1/2 Fat.

NOTES : Other bake mix can be substituted for Carbquik; carb count may
vary!!

Other nut meals work just as well as almond.

Cheap parmesan cheese in a can is optimum for this.

I find that when pan-frying, a combination of peanut oil and butter yields
the best flavor/texture.
