Cajun Mustard Cream Sauce with Capers

  2               cups  heavy whipping cream
  5        tablespoons  coarse mustard -- See note
  1         tablespoon  cajun seasoning
  2        tablespoons  capers

Place all ingredients in small, heavy saucepan over medium-low heat and mix
together.

Heat until just hot -- do NOT let simmer or come to a boil!!!

Serving Ideas : This sauce is good over EVERYTHING -- beef, pork, chicken,
scrambled eggs, fish, sliced hard-boiled eggs, you name it, and it's SO
quick and easy to make.  It's also good without the capers.

NOTES : I use any coarse, stone-ground mustard that doesn't contain added
flavorings or sugar.  READ LABELS.  This sauce is quite flavorful, so you
don't need much!!
