Tom Yum Gai (Thai Shrimp Soup)

shrimp -- peeled and deveined

cups chicken stock

stalk fresh lemongrass -- sliced

tablespoons fish sauce
1/4
cup lime juice

green onion -- sliced

tablespoons cilantro -- chopped

chili peppers -- seeded and sliced
Bring stock to a boil. Add lemongrass. Reduce heat to
medium and add
shrimp. Cook for about 3 minutes and add fish sauce and
lime juice. Add
vegetables just at the end of cooking and serve.

I can't get an effective carbohydrate count on this because of
some of the
exotic ingredients, but it should be under 7 carbs/serving.
