Chicken Velvet Soup

  6        tablespoons  butter
  1                cup  heavy whipping cream
  3        tablespoons  Thickenthin
  3               cups  chicken broth
     1/2      teaspoon  pepper
  1                cup  cooked chicken -- minced
  4        tablespoons  chives -- chopped

In saucepan, melt butter.  Dissolve Thickenthin in a few tablespoonfuls of
cream, then stir all liquids into butter, whisking to blend thoroughly.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.

Stir in pepper and chicken.  Serve hot.  Sprinkle individual servings with
chives.
