Chayote squash

cup Ground pecans
1 teaspoon salt

Splenda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 stick Butter

Preheat oven to 350. Cut chayote into quarters lengthwise. Remove
seeds
(do not peel) and slice thinly crosswise, so the slices look like apple
slices. Place in deep baking dish.
Stir in cider mix, vinegar, Splenda, salt and cinnamon, then ThickenThin,
making sure it is evenly distributed. Cover and bake until chayote are
tender but still crunchy, about 45 minutes. Remove from oven.
Combine Carbquik, pecans, salt, Splenda and cinnamon. Mash in butter to
form a crumbly streusel topping. Scatter evenly over chayote in pan and
return to oven. Bake for another 15 minutes. Serve hot.
